Picked by Tonya Cooper

This little flower broke off and fell out of the vase onto the ground. Something to be discarded? I picked it up and carefully looked at it and decided it was to have its own special photo taken of it. All the rest of the flowers were photographed while still in the vase. So I “picked” this one to do something a little different with it. I took the textured white wall paper background I was using and placed the flower on top of it. Getting down low I was able to try different angles until I had the one I liked.

Makes me think of when we feel broke and feel like we have fallen down or let God down. God carefully picks us up, looks at us, and decides what special plans He still has for us. He doesn’t quit on us. So let the negative feelings pass and get back to the Father. He still has plans for your life, big plans, if you don’t give up on Him.

Until next time,

Picked looks good as a Fine Art Gi’clee Print on Velvet Cotton Paper. It has a nice texture and enhances┬áthe wonderful colors. Velvet Paper provides a watercolor likeness. You will be pleasantly surprised by the depth of color.
